Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We aim to process all requests within 7 working days. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can access your order status page using the link to access your customer account at https://account.noblv.com. Additionally, you can contact us at contact@noblv.com. Include in your email: your order number and photos, where relevant of the issue. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PSC 103 Box: 1072 APO, AE 09603
We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package. If your return is accepted, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Our return policy at NOBL applies to most items, but a few exceptions exist. Those listed below cannot be returned:
- Worn, stained, damaged, or altered items
- For hygiene reasons, tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks cannot be returned.
- Deliberately damaged items
- Items sent back for return more than 7 days from the date of receipt
- Items accurately printed according to the designs provided by NOBL, that the purchaser decides are not what they intended or no longer want.
- Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery are delayed due to misinformation provided to NOBL, such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want for claims for misprinted/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@noblv.com.
